NEW IN NEW ORLEANS

Karina Gentinetta and A. J. McAlear lost their New Orleans home to Hurricane Katrina, but they rebuilt, raising the lot before construction of this beautiful cottage.

See more photographs and read this beautiful story in the New York Times article written by Sara Essex here.  ENJOY!

DESIGN IN MANHATTAN'S OSBORNE BUILDING

This beautiful home in Manhattan is in the sought after Osborne Building.  Built in 1883, this beautiful apartment has been renovated, the floor was repaired, with some pieces being replicated. The ceilings and molding were painted white, and the original furniture was recovered and restored.

Owner Alison Macheras inherited the apartment from her grandmother, furnishings included. Zivkovic Connolly Architects and interior designer Marcy Masterson lead the design team.

I am in love with the art here.  ENJOY!
